I'm not seeing a product for my firearm / magazine / use case. Can I request a new product?

If you're unable to find the product under any of the categories, or by using the search feature, I may not offer that item at this time. In which case, yes please request it!

You can use contact form below. Please include as many details as possible. I will typically either need the item sent out to me or measurements taken via calipers, depending on the request.

Please note this is not a guarantee I will fulfill the request, but it doesn't hurt to ask. The more I get asked about a specific item the more likely I am to make it.

My order isn't here, or I have an issue with it.

Regarding shipping, once I hand the package over to the postal carrier I do not have any control over what they do with it, nor do I have any additional information other than what the tracking number provides.

If it has been over two weeks since the label has been created and the tracking number still only shows label created, please contact me. I drop off so many packages at once that they don't scan the packages at the front desk, they dump them directly into a bin. They are frequently only scanned after several days once they are near the destination city.

If the address wasn't entered correctly, it's possible the package may get returned to me. Please ensure you put "Apt #", "Unit #", "Suite #", etc. before the second line of your address if applicable.

If you have received your order but there is a mistake, such as the wrong item(s) or a fitment issue, please contact me via the form below and include a description of the issue and your order number.

Can I purchase your files for personal printing?

No. These products represent over 3 years of daily work and I have no capability to limit how files are used once I send them out. This business is the sole source of income for my entire family, so please consider supporting it by placing an order.
