Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with your product or it broke during reasonable use, please send an email to hammy3dprints@gmail.com
Returns unrelated to warranty are available within 30 days after delivery. Depending on the reason for returning a product, requesting a refund/cancellation, or swapping items on an order, a 20% restocking fee may apply. Here are a few examples:
- Incorrect item ordered (if you have questions, please email me before ordering)
- Damage due to improper installation (will require photo/video)
- Swapping items for others
If a tracking number has been created, the label has been purchased and the shipping label cost will not be refunded. If returning an item, you are responsible for return shipping.
Please note that I do not have any control over how long shipping carriers take to deliver packages. Once I drop the package off, I cannot influence where it goes or how long delivery takes. Orders will not be reshipped due to carrier delays within three weeks of the initial ship date. Orders are typically shipped with USPS. If you would like UPS, please contact me before ordering, and I can get you a quote for the additional cost - typically $3 - $5 more.
If the tracking shows delivered, the order is considered delivered. If you did not receive the package please wait a couple of days (as packages frequently get delivered a day or two after the tracking claims they are delivered), contact the carrier, and email me. If an incorrect address is entered at checkout and I have to ship the item out again, you are responsible for the cost to reship.
