- Aligns Baffles: Slides through all of the baffles in the baffle stack to easily align them.

- Eases Assembly: Simply follow the standard reassembly procedure, using the tool to keep the baffles aligned during reassembly. When tightening the front end cap ensure that the cap doesn't touch the tool as this would make the baffles want to rotate. Once the front cap is tightened, remove the tool.

- Multiple Color Options: While Orange is by far the most popular color, many other colors are also available

- More Versions Available: Alignment tools and additional silencers such as the Obsidian 9, Obsidian 45, Octane, 9, and Octane 45 are also available. I can also make new versions upon request provided you can provide dimensions with calipers.

Love it

This baffle alignment tool makes reassembly so much easier and hassle free. If you have an oculus you need this. I’m picking up the rest of Hammy’s relevant tools for suppressors. Thanks for making such a great cheap little tool.

Works quite well and was shipped almost immediately. Rimfire suppressors are a pain to clean, at least now reassembly isn't.

Why Rugged doesn't have a tool like this included with the can is beyond me!

I bought this tool preemtively while waiting for the ATF to approve my Oculus can, after reading many comments online recommending it. As soon as I took the suppressor apart for the first time, it became evident how awesome this alignment tool is! Literally will save me so much time and effort. Makes it so easy.

Must Have

I feel like this is a mandatory purchase if you own an Oculus. I shoot 100-250 rounds of .22lr a day so I'm cleaning 2-3 times a week. Getting the baffles perfectly aligned was really annoying, and my zero was all over the place after every cleaning. This thing solves the problem in 2 seconds.

You're making your life unnecessarily difficult by not having one of these.
