The "Mag Catch" version of this mount latches onto the mag catch/release which must be activated to remove the firearm from the mount. The "No Mag Catch" version does not latch onto the mag catch/release. The Inline Vertical version latches onto the mag catch and holds the firearm perpendicular to the mounting surface to allow for high-density storage.
