Plug and play. They slide in, hold secure, and slide right out. Couldn't ask for more. Works with both original OEM clear mags and PSA 35 rounders. Particularly nice fit with the PSA mags. Can't speak for other brands, but if it worked with both of these very differently shaped baseplates, I'd feel confident ordering this for any other brand as well.
