- Straps Mags Together: Carry a second mag without holding it or putting it in a mag pouch. These couplers hold the mags far enough apart to accommodate my flared magwells.
- Tight Clamping: Sturdy design that wraps fully around mags lets you crank on the bolt and nut to tightly clamp the mags for no slippage. Available as a single piece or two-piece. The single piece is technically stronger, but both work great. For the single piece, insert the mags bottom first into the coupler.
- Simple Setup: Comes with printed piece(s), a bolt, and a nut. The bolt and nut only fit in one way. Simply slide the mags in, then hold the nut in place with your finger while you tighten the bolt.
- Perfect Fit: Works with both the classic straight HK MP5 9mm mags and curved metal HK / POF / Zenith / KCI / etc. magazines.
- PETG-CF Material: Printed out of higher temp-resistant material than standard PLA.
- Made in USA: 2000+ products designed and 3D printed in the heart of America in St Louis, Missouri by Hammy3DPrints.

The 3d printing is robust and holds up well. However: due to a combination of the phillips head bolt being too small and not strong enough to crank down on, as well as the somewhat slick surface of the 3d printed material, the clamp cannot rigidly hold the mags together. This means that with sufficient force (such as when reloading) the magazines can shift or slide. I can not currently recommend this product and honestly prefer the metal clamps that have socket head cap bolts. I will try sanding down the surface of this product (to hopefully provide more grip) as well as replace the phillips head with a better bolt and see if that improves my experience.
Hello, I'm sorry for the issue. I responded via email within a few minutes of seeing your review but haven't heard back. The head shouldn't dictate how tight you can make it and hasn't been an issue before, but I offered in the email a different head bolt. Happy to help, but haven't heard back.
This mag coupler has no business fitting this well. It took all of about 40 seconds to install on a pair of MKE mags and used the Phillips screwdriver on my Leatherman (based) just like Hop intended. Fits with my flared magwell, and I couldn't ask for anything more!
Price is fantastic for what you get, true bargain during these troubling times.

I got the single piece version, and I am blown away by how well it fits my MKE mags. I don't know why I doubted it, but it's perfect! All I had to do was tighten down the screw.
Spacing is just right, and it pairs well with the flared magwell. Honestly so simple, I wish I would have ordered more! I probably will, actually!
As I have made numerous orders from Hammy and been more than pleased, I ordered two of these. Fit and finish is great. Have not field tested them yet but I highly doubt there will be any issues.
